“I was on a mission for chicken wings, so we stopped in to Diggers. The atmosphere was friendly, our server Christian’s srvice was on point, and made the suggestion to also get the marinated steak medallions on our Caesar Salad. We ordered a dozen, and the chef allowed us to get half drums in the hot, and the other half flats in medium. They were delicious! The Caesar Salad was huge and topped with the steak medallions, which was generous. We also had a side of fries that were served wonderfully crispy. Love this place in downtown Riverhead!”
